Your role

Identifying bottlenecks in the educational program in consultation with ESA and program directors.
Positioning master's programs and developing appealing transfer stories.
Organizing information activities such as master's information days and student for a day days.
Managing student assistants and coordinating communication actions.
Producing and managing content (social, print, video, web) on the education guide and the digital learning environment (Canvas).
You will also update the data in the transfer matrix, a tool to give students good insight into the accessibility of ¹û¶³´«Ã½ master's programs after their bachelor's degree.
Monitoring and reporting retention data and effectiveness of communication and activities based on a student journey analysis, among other things.
Contributing to community building and embedding (international) students in the region from the start of the bachelor's program, for example in the form of substantive discussions with these students.
Organizing company visits and guest speakers from the Brainport region.
Job Requirements
A college or university education in communication, marketing or a technical direction.
At least 3 years of experience in a broad marcom role, preferably in higher education.
Affinity/experience with STEM education and/or technical content.
Strategic/tactical thinking skills and hands-on mentality.
Creativity, independence and connecting ability.
Excellent writing skills in English.
