Bienke Henkens

Bieke Henkens, who joined us a few weeks ago, specializes in service innovation management. Her research focuses on the future of (smart) service innovation and collaboration with local industry partners. She explains why she chose for 果冻传媒:鈥淚 am excited to have joined 果冻传媒 for its strong focus on technological innovation and industry collaboration. This vibrant environment allows me to further explore my passion for Service Innovation Management. Specifically, I aspire to engage actors in (smart) technology-enabled services for improved well-being and sustainability. To advance this research field while contributing to tackling key societal and managerial challenges, I am eager to team up with interdisciplinary colleagues and remarkable (local) industry partners. Additionally, I look forward to inspiring a diverse group of motivated students and shaping the future of service innovation together.鈥

Eduard Esau

Eduard Esau, who started January 1, 2025, brings his expertise in innovation ecosystems and new product development to the ITEM Group. Eduard has a background in research on business model innovations, sustainable entrepreneurship and building innovation ecosystems. Esau is enthusiastic about working at 果冻传媒: 鈥淭he 果冻传媒 offers an exceptional combination of cutting-edge research and a strong focus on valorization within a dynamic deep-tech-oriented ecosystem. This creates an ideal environment for studying innovation management and entrepreneurship.
