Abstract
A short introduction will be given into state-of-the art molecular simulation techniques for tackling challenges of crystal nucleation and growth. It will be shown how molecular scale insights can boost syntheses. Applications range from molecular crystal polymorphism, nano- particles and composites and self-assembled monolayers.
