As such, Jennifer鈥檚 research interests are related to the impact of human processes on (inter)organizational development, with the ultimate aim of creating resilient organizations and networks. She previously published on the topic of change agents for corporate sustainability in Journal of Cleaner Production, on the effect of employee empowerment on organizational resilience in Organization Studies and the effect of distributed decision-making on interorganizational resilience in Administrative Sciences.
Jennifer has worked as a teacher and Organizational Change Consultant and still is a passionate sports instructor and author. She holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Environmental Sciences and a Master鈥檚 degree in Sustainable Business & Innovation, both attained at Utrecht University.
