At NaviSense, our mission is to empower visually impaired individuals with seamless, independent navigation in large indoor spaces, enhancing accessibility and autonomy through innovative technology.
Our challenge
Navigating complex indoor environments like malls and airports is a significant challenge for visually impaired individuals. Existing solutions often lack accuracy, real-time guidance, or accessibility, limiting independence and mobility in unfamiliar spaces.
Our solution
NaviSense is developing an intuitive indoor navigation device that provides bespoke, real-time guidance tailored for visually impaired users. Our solution enhances spatial awareness using Bluetooth beacon technology and adaptive feedback, enabling greater independence, confidence, and experience in everyday travel.
