Our challenge
Plastic food containers play a part in environmental pollution. While alternatives exist, they often rely on industrial composting or still leave harmful residues. Moreover, most food storage solutions offer no nutritional value. There鈥檚 a need for an option that鈥檚 not only eco-friendly, but also provides health benefits and can break down naturally without harming the planet.
Our solution
Nettle Nest provides an innovative, biodegradable container made from nettle clay. Once it breaks, it can decompose naturally and enrich the soil. The edible film, rich in nettle nutrients, keeps food fresh and dissolves into meals when heated. This product offers an eco-friendly solution and turns food storage into a healthy, circular process that contributes to the environment.
