ICMS

About

Molecules constitute the material world around us – both natural and synthetic. Understanding complex molecular systems enables us to shape the future of materials science, energy, mobility, health, and even life itself. This domain of science is a major driving force for innovation that addresses our greatest industrial and societal challenges. It is the heart of the research undertaken at the Institute for Complex Molecular Systems (ICMS) at ¹û¶³´«Ã½.

ICMS pushes for scientific excellence by unifying deep research from chemistry, biomedical sciences, engineering, physics and mathematics. The institute is a gateway to the next generation of advanced materials and biomedical paradigms.

"The Institute for Complex Molecular Systems (ICMS) here at ¹û¶³´«Ã½ is the go-to hub for symbiotic problem-solving between student, academic, and industry partners in the realms of Advanced Materials, Engineering Life, and Fundamentals of Complex Molecular Systems. This year, we’re excited to take part as a partner in the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Contest at Innovation Space. Let’s project our minds into the future, and to the molecular scale, to tackle a challenging problem together in Materials, Soft Robotics, Chemical Biology, or Regenerative Medicine!"
