r 鈥� What should I do if I cannot come to the selection day because I am abroad (for example, for work, vacation or gap year)?
Participation in the selection day is mandatory for all who wish to enter in September 2025. Should you be unable to participate in the selection day, please let us know by January 31, 2025 11:59 p.m. at selection@tue.nl.
Because there is only one selection day, there is no possibility to take the selection tests at another time. Therefore, you will not be able to participate in the selection process nor will you receive a ranking number.
If we have received your request with supporting documents on time and it is approved, you may be eligible for a correction of your used selection attempt. You will receive a separate message about this.
An exception will only be granted if you are abroad, for example, for vacation, work or a gap year and you had booked and/or arranged this before October 1, 2024. You must provide proof of this.
