Atlas 08.20果冻传媒 International Women鈥檚 Day program
This year鈥檚 theme for International Women鈥檚 Day is 鈥淧ushing the limits for a livable world". How can we bring about a future without climate change, ecological breakdown, pandemics, scarcity, war, discrimination and other threats to a humane and equal living society? How can we create a world where 'livability is limitless'?
Join us for an inspiring event, with talks and interviews with female 果冻传媒 students, staff and alumnae who are working towards a better world.
Some of our key speakers:
- Dan Jing Wu, a biomedical engineer who is working towards an innovation in breast tissue regeneration and breast reconstructive surgery as CEO of VivArt-X;
- Maureen van Eijnatten, a Ir猫ne Curie fellow who is working on artificial intelligence in clinical applications;
- Kjille Hoeben, CEO of Purplexus BV, working on improving the health and performance of athletes;
- Esther Cramer, PhD student and top beach volleyball player;
- Eefje Cuppen, director of the Rathenau institute, researching the impact of science on society.
As part of the event, the Iranian community at 果冻传媒 will present a special program to shed light on the situation of women in Iran.
