At MOTEX, our mission is to make the mobility sector safer and smarter. For this project we aim to achieve this by using AI-driven technology to predict and prevent accidents before they happen. We aim to provide riders with real-time hazard awareness through a non-intrusive, intelligent assistance system that enhances road safety without compromising the riding experience.

Motorcyclists are 27 times more likely to be involved in a fatal accident compared to car drivers. Intersection crashes, blind spots, and inattentive drivers are among the leading causes of these incidents. Despite technological advancements in automotive safety, motorcycles have been largely left behind, relying on passive protection rather than active accident prevention. Existing safety solutions are either reactive, too expensive, or lack real-time intelligence, leaving riders vulnerable in high-risk traffic situations.

MOTEX is developing an AI-powered smart helmet system that provides real-time hazard detection and predictive safety alerts. By combining machine learning and custom helmets with an intuitive HUD interface, our technology enhances rider awareness at critical moments, helping them react faster and ride safer. MOTEX is designed to be seamlessly integrated into the riding experience, offering a minimalist, distraction-free safety solution that adapts to urban and highway conditions.
