We are Tess, Stef, Fraser, and Yi—a team of designers from Taiwan and the Netherlands, brought together by our passion for playful interactions and meaningful learning experiences. Our mission is to make learning processes hands-on, collaborative, and a little playful – just like the way we work.

As students, it’s tough to set clear goals that align with both your personal growth and group projects—especially when you're unsure about your future career. Even when you set goals, they may not connect with your project’s direction, leading to team misalignment and frustration.

Web of Growth empowers you to set and track goals that are directly linked to your curriculum, turning them into actionable steps within CBL projects. With the toolkit, students can track progress, reflect on goals, and develop skills collaboratively. It helps you align your personal objectives with your team’s needs, ensuring everyone moves forward. The toolkit also fosters collaboration, allowing you to learn from each other’s strengths and skills. Whether through regular reflections or progress updates, Web of Growth keeps everyone on track and motivated, creating both a more engaging and effective learning experience.
