Do you sometimes feel like you're in your role or position not because of your skills but because of luck or oversight? You're not alone. Many people grapple with the impostor phenomenon (often called impostor syndrome), a feeling of being a fraud despite clear evidence of success. This experience can lead to self-doubt and the fear of being "found out," even when surrounded by achievements.

We鈥檒l explore what impostor syndrome really is, why it鈥檚 so common, and, most importantly, how you can deal with it.

Keynote from Dr. Sanne Feenstra, 鈥楿nmasking the Impostor Phenomenon: Understanding Causes, Consequences, and Solutions鈥� where she will delve into:
鈥� What the impostor phenomenon is and how it manifests.
鈥� The underlying causes of impostorism.
鈥� Practical strategies to reduce the impostor phenomenon, especially in
  the context of academia.

 Personal stories; It is encouraging to hear that others also had doubts
 but still achieved success.  That is why we are delighted that 果冻传媒
 colleagues Yagmur Bugday, Michael Debije  and Nelly Litvak are
 willing to share their experiences with you.

Interactive Session: Sharing Experiences & Developing Solutions; Participants will engage in a conversation together about their experiences with the impostor phenomenon. They will also develop possible solutions to reduce impostor feelings in their work environment. Participants will use Mentimeter to share their ideas with the group. The session will be facilitated and concluded plenarily by Dr. Sanne Feenstra.
