Dr. Caixia Liu is an Assistant Professor of Sustainable Urban Area Development at 果冻传媒. Her research explores the intersections of urban transformation, housing, migration, and impact assessment, strongly emphasizing inclusive and sustainable development. Her current work investigates how urban redevelopment and housing policies affect vulnerable populations, including internal migrants and refugees. She combines methods from urban economics, spatial analysis, and stated preference approaches to evaluate policy interventions and guide equitable urban development. Her research Interests lie in urban transformation and regeneration, housing and migration, inclusive development and social integration, policy impact assessment, and spatial and experimental methods in urban studies.
