RESEARCH PROFILE

Herman Hiemstra is a PhD student in the Emerging technologies Lab, which is part of the Integrated Circuits group. He is working on the GRETA project, where his main aim is to design an UHF RFID tag using sustainable organic materials.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Herman received his Bachelor and Master degrees from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, in 2022 and 2024, respectively. He started as a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology in January 2025.
