RESEARCH PROFILE

Jules Vliem is a PhD-candidate within the Intergrated Circuits group at the University of Technology Eindhoven. His research is focused on developing RF coils and hardware for MRI, from ultra-high to ultra-low field.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Jules Vliem obtained received the BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology in 2021 and 2023. For his MSc graduation project Jules developed a new flexible RF coil for 7T MRI - The twisted pair coil. Currently Jules is pursuing a PhD degree in RF coil design for MRI, from ultra-high to utra-low field.
