Martijn Timmermans

RESEARCH PROFILE

Martijn Timmermans is a PhD student in the Integrated Circuits group at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Eindhoven University of Technology (果冻传媒). He works on the Smart Sensor Surfaces based on High-Performance Metal-Oxide Thin-Film Transistors project, which explores the use of mechanically flexible, large-area transistors for new applications. He is specifically interested how these devices can be used for medical ultrasound imaging, with the aim of enabling a wearable ultrasound patch.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Martijn Timmermans received his Bachelor and Master degrees from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, in 2018 and 2020, respectively. He started as a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology in September 2020. His main interests are in the field of low power analog circuit design and analog to digital conversion.
