Nanoscopy for Nanomedicine

We use advanced microscopy techniques such as super-resolution imaging to understand the structure of synthetic nanomaterials in vitro and their biological interactions and to provide the design rules guiding the rational design of novel nanomedicines.

Research areas

High-throughput materials formulation and screening

A major limitation in the field of nanomedicine is the limited capability in both nanoparticles鈥� formulation and screening.

Super-resolution study of nanomaterials structure and properties

The understanding of the physicochemical properties of nanoparticles is key towards the painting of structure-activity relations.

Design of cell-selective targeted nanoparticles

The development of targeted cell-selective nanoparticles is a great-challenge in nanomedicine.
